Raspberry Chia Oats

Prep Notes

Blend all ingredients together excepts oats and chia seeds. You'll get a nice pink raspberry smoothie! Mix it with oats and chia seeds and let it stand for at least 30 minutes. You can also prepare it the night before and let it stand overnight in your fridge!


1/2 cup oats

1tbsp chia seeds

1 cup plant based milk - I used almond milk, but you can choose your favourite (oatmilk, coconut, rice milk)

1 cup raspberries

3-4 dates

1 slice of lemon with grind

This is the base of the recipe but you can add different superfoods that you have! I've added some hemp powder for extra protein and reishi for boost of immunity!
