Grilled garlic shrimp

Prep Notes

1. Add olive oil to the pan (high heat), add all the garlic and fry for 30 seconds. Be careful that it does not turn black!

2. Add the shrimps to the pan and give it a good shake. Add some salt and some pepper. As soon as one side turns pink, shake the pan again so that the other side of shrimps could color as well. The whole cooking takes about 5-6 minutes. Stay close and do not overcook as the shrimp might overdry!

3. At the end of the 5-6 minutes, add additional garlic paste if you have, a hint of piment and a lot of parsley. Slice the lemon on the serving plate and squeeze gently before eating!

Serve with some bread (to dip in the garlic oil left of the plates) and fresh lettuce!


Serves 4

900 gr shrimps (with shells, but cleaned from veins)

8 cloves garlic chopped

1 teaspoon salt

4 tablespoon olive oil

handful of parsley

few grounds of black pepper

a hint of piment

garlic paste if you find it!
